...Frost Advisory Tonight And Early Thursday Morning For Much of Kentucky...

Behind a dry cold front, temperatures are expected to drop well into the 30s tonight. A Frost Advisory has been issued for the majority of the state, while a Freeze Warning is even in effect for Northern Kentucky as temperatures drop into the lower 30s. Time to protect sensitive vegetation.

Below normal temperatures hang around for Thursday with another shot at frost development on Friday morning, but a bit more patchy in nature. The recent stretch of chilly October weather will continue through the extended portion of the forecast. The latest medium-range outlooks continue the cooler than normal conditions thru the end of October.

Rain returns on Friday and Friday night with the passage of another cold front through the area.
