WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY INLAND
COAST INCLUDING DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES...

* WINDS...North to northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 
  mph, except 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph in the Hollywood 
  Hills. Winds diminishing Friday afternoon.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 15 percent today and Friday. Poor 
  overnight recoveries tonight.

* IMPACTS...If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable 
  for very rapid fire spread and extreme fire behavior, 
  including long range spotting, which would threaten life and 
  property. There will be a high risk for widespread downed 
  trees and powerlines, as well as widespread power outages.
