MODERATE NORTHEAST WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE 
VENTURA COUNTY COAST AND NORTHERN VENTURA COUNTY MOUNTAINS...

* WINDS...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 to 40
  mph with winds strongest across the mountains and foothills.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 20 percent, possibly falling into the
  single digits at times through Thursday.

* IMPACTS...If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable 
  for very rapid fire spread and extreme fire behavior, 
  including long range spotting, which would threaten life and 
  property. There will be the potential for downed trees and 
  powerlines, as well as power outages.
