* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below or colder is 
  expected.

* WHERE...Knox County.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero 
  could result in frostbite in 30 minutes or less on exposed skin. 
  Frostbite and hypothermia may occur if unprotected skin is exposed 
  to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, scarf and gloves. Bring pets indoors and make sure outdoor 
animals have a warm, dry shelter with food and unfrozen water.
