The center of Tropical Storm Man-yi has become difficult to
distinguish because of the lack of convection near it. This will be
the last position estimate unless the center reappears. At this time
the wind at the Guam Airport is 110 degrees at 19 knots (22 mph)
gusting to 41 knots. (47 mph).
