SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with a low 961hPa near 54S136E. Forecast low
957hPa near 56S139E at 050600UTC, low 957hPa near 59S141E at 051200UTC, low
955hPa near 61S145E at 051800UTC, and low 966hPa near 61S151E at 060000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 49S135E 50S141E 60S155E 62S155E 61S144E 58S136E 52S131E 49S135E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 35/45 knots within 360nm in northwestern semicircle. Winds
shifting to be within 360nm of low in northern semicircle by 050600UTC, and
contracting to within 240nm of low by 041800UTC. Very rough to high seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
