Vigorous clockwise flow developing around low 996hPa near 30S104E at 231200UTC
and low 990hPa near 30S106E at 231800UTC and 989hPa near 36S106E at 240000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 29S104E 31S107E 36S110E 38S104E 36S101E 29S104E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots developing within 60nm of low by 231200UTC and
extending to 120nm by 231800UTC. Winds 30/40 knots extending to 240nm in the
western semicircle of low by 2300000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate
swell.
