* Special Marine Warning for...
  East Santa Barbara Channel from Pt. Conception to Pt. Mugu CA
  including Santa Cruz Island...
  Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa
  Catalina and Anacapa Islands...

* Until 445 PM PST.

* At 339 PM PST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Anacapa
  Island to near Point Mugu, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, and small 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural 
           damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Point Mugu...
  and Anacapa Island.
