This does not include the Middle Fork of the Feather or the Pit River in Lassen County. * WHERE...A portion of northeast California, including the following counties, Lassen, Plumas and Sierra. * WHEN...Until noon PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding possible along low lying areas near the Susan River in and downstream of Susanville, as well as near other creeks, streams, urban areas. Rock and debris may cover roads especially near or below recent burn areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 PM PST, Rounds of high elevation snow and heavy rain are forecast today through Saturday morning before transitioning to snow. - Total rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected over the area.
