Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHERE...Pemigewasset River at Plymouth.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins near 
  recreational fields.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM EST Thursday the stage was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 13.1 feet late this morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
