Isolated showers and thunderstorms have developed across portions
of east Texas and deep east Texas this afternoon, with a movement
to the south at 15 mph. Additional isolated development is
expected later this afternoon across portions of the remaining 
Four-State Region. Rainfall amounts of a trace up to a tenth of an
inch and wind gusts of around 10 mph may accompany this activity.
