A cluster of thunderstorms will affect the Channel Islands through
10 AM this morning. Mainly Santa Rosa and Santa Cruz Islands. Main
threat will be brief heavy rain, occasional lightning, and locally
gusty winds. Local flooding possible in low lying areas including
arroyos, dry stream beds.
