extending from 7 miles southeast of Hyrum to near Delle, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Ogden, Layton, Bountiful, Tooele,
Farmington, Brigham City, Grantsville, Morgan, Hill Air Force Base,
Roy, Clearfield, Kaysville, Syracuse, Clinton, North Ogden, South
Ogden, North Salt Lake and Centerville.

Winds behind the cold front will suddenly shift to the northwest 
with continued gusts of 40-55 mph.

Brief heavy rain changing to snow along with thunderstorms can be 
expected with this cold front.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 15 between mile markers 310 and 364.
 Interstate 84 between mile markers 82 and 113.
 Interstate 80 in Utah between mile markers 60 and 117.
