At 1012 AM EST, patchy freezing drizzle and light snow has created 
slick spots on area roadways, especially on elevated surfaces and 
across the higher terrain where temperatures are well below 
freezing. Use caution when traveling this morning and allow a little 
extra time to reach your destination.

Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Whitesburg, Harlan, Hindman, Inez, Letcher,
Estill, Bath, Cumberland, Jenkins, Coal Run Village, Loyall, Elkhorn
