The strongest activity will be capable of pea to dime size hail, 50 to 60 mph winds, and brief heavy rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected Sunday afternoon and evening. A few severe storms are possible, capable of golf ball size hail, 75 mph winds, and perhaps a few tornadoes. The greatest severe weather threat will be generally along and west of the Kansas Turnpike. A few severe thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon and evening, but this potential is highly conditional, as storms may struggle to develop. Additional chances for severe storms exist over eastern Kansas Tuesday afternoon and evening. Large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes are possible.
