Showers and storms move in from the west after sunset and persist through the night into early Sunday morning. Some hail up to quarter size and torrential rainfall are the primary hazards. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY... Severe thunderstorms capable of producing very large hail and damaging winds are possible, mainly during the late afternoon and early evening hours. A tornado or two is possible as well mainly east of Highway 83 in Kansas. Sunday could also see near critical to locally critical fire weather conditions along and south of Interstate 70 mainly across eastern Colorado. Severe thunderstorm potential continues Monday and Monday night with large hail, damaging winds, and torrential rainfall the primary hazards.
