This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western 
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

A slow moving cold front will ease its way across the area today,
resulting in fairly widespread showers and a few thunderstorms, some
of which could produce locally heavy rainfall. Minor urban and small
stream flooding will be possible in any locations that see multiple
rounds of thunderstorms.
