This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central 
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South 
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and 
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Patchy fog may develop overnight, which could reduce visibility. Be
prepared for changing conditions if traveling overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected Tuesday as a cold front 
moves through the area. Scattered severe storms are possible, with
a Level 2 of 5 risk for severe weather. Large hail to the size of
golf balls and damaging wind gusts to 70 mph are the primary 
threats, with a tornado and minor flooding from heavy downpours 
being the secondary threats. Greatest risk (2/5) is for areas in 
and adjacent to northwestern Iowa, with a lower risk (1/5) 
extending along and south/east of a line from Lake Benton, MN to 
Mitchell, SD and down to Burke, SD.

Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected Wednesday
afternoon continuing into Thursday. While severe weather is not
anticipated, minor/isolated flooding issues are possible.
