In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wolfe. Additional rainfall this morning is not expected to lead to any additional instances of flooding. Since flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, the Flood Watch has been cancelled.
