  Bell County in southeastern Kentucky...
  South central Knox County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Southeastern Whitley County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 240 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Pearl, or 13 miles southeast of Williamsburg,
  moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Fonde around 245 AM EDT.
  Davisburg around 250 AM EDT.
  Noetown around 255 AM EDT.
