Across West Virginia...temperatures are near 69 degrees north, near 70 degrees central, and near 63 degrees south. Current sky conditions are cloudy north, light rain central, and cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 58%, and the dew point is near 54 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 63%, and the dew point is near 57 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 78%, and the dew point is near 56 degrees. Winds are from the southwest at 10 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are variable at 5 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to light rain. Winds are from the southwest at 8 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 70 degrees at Elkins and Charleston. The lowest temperature is 52 degrees at Martinsburg.
