bringing clouds, lower temperatures, and a low chance for 
drizzle in the mountains through Saturday. Sunday into the 
beginning of next week look especially warm, with shower chances
returning Tuesday.

Across Virginia...temperatures are near 41 degrees north, near 45 degrees central, and near 50 degrees south. Current sky conditions are clear north, partly cloudy central, and cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 38 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 86%, and the dew point is near 41 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 80%, and the dew point is near 44 degrees. Winds are calm north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 6 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 8 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 50 degrees at Quantico, Norfolk, and Danville. The lowest temperature is CLOUDY degrees at Roanoke.

produced the first April thunderstorm of record at Fairbanks. Pea size hail
fell northeast of Fairbanks from thunderstorms whose tops were less than
