There is a chance of light rain tonight across western and north
central South Dakota, into south central and eastern North Dakota.
Very light freezing rain may be possible in south central and
eastern North Dakota. Low temperatures tonight will range from the
20s across the eastern Dakotas, to the 30s elsewhere across the
region.

Wednesday will be windy across most of the Northern Plains. There
is a chance of rain and snow across northwest, central, and 
northeast North Dakota on Wednesday. Highs will be in the 30s
across northern North Dakota, to the 50s across most of South 
Dakota.

The remainder of the work week is expected to remain mild with
highs ranging from the 20s over northern Minnesota and northeast
North Dakota, to the 40s over eastern Montana and western Dakotas.

After dry conditions Thursday, there will be a chance of light
rain or snow spreading west to east across the region Friday.

Light freezing rain is expected across portions of central SD after 
midnight. Roads may become slick.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Wednesday through Monday.

Strong northwest winds will develop Wednesday afternoon behind a
departing storm system. Gusts may reach 50 mph.
