Current sky conditions are cloudy west, flurries central, and partly cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 60%, and the dew point is near 18 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 74%, and the dew point is near 21 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 18 degrees. Winds are coming from the west at 16 mph with gusts at 25 mph in the west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds.
