Across Oklahoma...temperatures are near 57 degrees west, near 58 degrees central, and near 59 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and partly sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 81%, and the dew point is near 51 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 72%, and the dew point is near 49 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 67%, and the dew point is near 48 degrees. Winds are from the south at 8 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the south at 22 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the south at 9 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 60 degrees at MCALESTER and ARDMORE. The lowest temperature is 52 degrees at CLINTON.

DISCUSSION  
South winds will increase through the morning, with gusts of 30 to
near 40 mph likely in much of the area. The wind combined with
above normal temperatures and humidity in the 30-40 percent range
will increase the fire spread potential this afternoon.  

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT  
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Saturday through Thursday.
SATURDAY  High Wind Potential.
SUNDAY through TUESDAY  Thunderstorm Potential  High Wind Potential.
WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY  High Wind Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION  
Breezy and warm conditions will continue through Sunday, with an
upward trend in humidity. Thunderstorm chances return late Sunday
night and Monday, with an increasing potential for severe storms 
Monday afternoon and evening as a cold front moves into the area 
from the northwest. All severe weather hazards will be possible at
this time.
