some thunderstorms will return Wednesday into Thursday as a broad 
area of weakening low pressure passes by to our northwest sending a 
warm front through the region Wednesday, followed by a cold front

Across New York...temperatures are near 64 degrees west, near 64 degrees central, and near 68 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly sunny west, mostly sunny central, and mostly sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 36%, and the dew point is near 37 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 28%, and the dew point is near 31 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 20%, and the dew point is near 26 degrees. Winds are coming from the north at 12 mph in the west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are coming from the west at 10 mph with gusts at 22 mph in the central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are coming from the northwest at 14 mph with gusts at 22 mph in the east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 73 degrees at Central Park. The lowest temperature is 52 degrees at Saranac Lake.
