In the north, relative humidity is near 20%, and the dew point is near 16 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near %, and the dew point is near degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 16%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. Winds are variable at 6 mph with gusts at 18 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are unavailable central. produced the first April thunderstorm of record at Fairbanks. Pea size hail
fell northeast of Fairbanks from thunderstorms whose tops were less than

Severe thunderstorms associated with an intense cyclone spawned a total of
forty-seven tornadoes in two days from Louisiana to Upper Michigan. The
