Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Nebraska
Based on observations at 100am CDT, Thursday April 25, 2024

Across Nebraska...temperatures are near 53 degrees west, near 57 degrees central, and near 60 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy west, mostly cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 42 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 38 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 47%, and the dew point is near 40 degrees. Winds are from the south at 18 mph with gusts at 31 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the south at 13 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southeast at 8 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 61 degrees at OMAHA EPPLEY and FREMONT. The lowest temperature is 35 degrees at ALBION.

 DAY ONE  Tonight.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible tonight. Severe
weather is not expected with this activity. 

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Thursday through Tuesday.

Several rounds of showers thunderstorms are expected to impact the 
area beginning Thursday and continuing through Sunday. At this time, 
the greatest severe threat is Thursday night. Large hail is the 
primary threat, however, there is some potential for damaging wind 
and perhaps even an isolated tornado across far southwest Nebraska
Thursday evening.
