Current sky conditions are cloudy west, light rain central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 100%, and the dew point is near 50 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 46%, and the dew point is near 32 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 95%, and the dew point is near 51 degrees. Winds are from the southwest at 7 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the east at 16 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. Winds are from the southeast at 20 mph with gusts at 26 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 59 degrees at HEBRON. The lowest temperature is RAIN degrees at VALENTINE and HASTINGS.
