Across Nebraska...temperatures are near 57 degrees west, near 58 degrees central, and near 52 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly sunny west, cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 72%, and the dew point is near 48 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 47 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 83%, and the dew point is near 47 degrees. Winds are from the south at 15 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the east at 9 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the southeast at 15 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 63 degrees at VALENTINE. The lowest temperature is 44 degrees at ALBION.

Hazardous Weather Outlook For GAGE County, Nebraska

 DAY ONE  Today and Tonight

A complex of thunderstorms is expected to move through southeast
Nebraska this morning into early afternoon with the potential for
40 to 50 mph wind gusts. Thunderstorms will become widespread
tonight with isolated occurrences of hail up to one-inch in
diameter, wind gusts to 60 mph, and localized flooding possible.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Friday through Wednesday

Severe weather is likely across much of eastern Nebraska and
southwest Iowa on Friday afternoon and evening. All hazards are
possible, including hail up to three inches in diameter, strong 
tornadoes, and thunderstorm winds up to 70 mph. Another round of 
severe weather is likely late Saturday afternoon into Saturday 
night, especially along and south of I-80. Here too, all hazards 
are possible, including hail up to three inches in diameter, a few
tornadoes, and thunderstorm winds up to 70 mph. Severe weather is
again possible Sunday afternoon into evening in parts of southeast
Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Hail up to quarter size and
thunderstorm winds up to 60 mph are the main hazards.


 SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT  

Spotter activation will likely be required on Friday and Saturday
afternoons.
