Clear to partly cloudy tonight, with scattered showers across 
southeastern North Dakota, eastern South Dakota, and southern 
Minnesota. Low temperatures tonight will generally be in the mid
30s to mid 40s.

Widespread highs in the 70s are expected by Thursday, with
increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms during the day
and for Thursday night. An isolated strong storm is possible,
mainly in western South Dakota. The weather will then trend 
cooler for the end of the work week and into the weekend, with 
continued decent chances for measurable rainfall Friday through 
Sunday for most areas.

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 52 degrees west, near 51 degrees central, and near 53 degrees east. Current sky conditions are clear west, clear central, and clear east. In the west, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 33 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 52%, and the dew point is near 34 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 33%, and the dew point is near 25 degrees. Winds are from the southeast at 15 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the northeast at 13 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southeast at 14 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds.
