region, with strong northwest winds and highs only in the mid 30s
to mid 40s. Conditions improve through the weekend, with warming
temperatures, decreasing winds, and overall dry conditions. Rain
chances return to the forecast late Sunday night through Monday,
with temperatures back to near average, in the lower 50s to lower
60s.

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 20 degrees west, near 24 degrees central, and near 32 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, partly cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 81%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 71%, and the dew point is near 16 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 61%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 17 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds.
