Scattered snow showers persist across the region this afternoon
along with strong northwest winds. Todays high temperatures will 
only be in the mid 30s to mid 40s. Conditions improve through the 
weekend, with warming temperatures, decreasing winds, and overall 
dry conditions. Rain chances return to the forecast late Sunday 
night through Monday, with temperatures back to near average, in 
the lower 50s to lower 60s.

In the west, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 19 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 56%, and the dew point is near 18 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 25 mph with gusts at 37 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 14 degrees west.
