A wet day today is on tap for most locations as rain continues to
spread over much of the region. Chances for precipitation 
continue over various parts of the area through the remainder of 
the work week, with even a little snow possible over some 
locations to the north. Seasonal temperatures are expected today 
into Wednesday before a cooling trend develops for the second part
of the work week.

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 44 degrees west, near 46 degrees central, and near 50 degrees east. Current sky conditions are light rain west, cloudy central, and rain east. In the west, relative humidity is near 93%, and the dew point is near 42 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 79%, and the dew point is near 40 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 71%, and the dew point is near 41 degrees. Winds are from the east at 9 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to light rain. Winds are from the northeast at 13 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the east at 15 mph with gusts at 29 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and rain. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 52 degrees at GRAND FORKS. The lowest temperature is 41 degrees at DICKINSON.
