Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 19 degrees west, near 25 degrees central, and near 33 degrees east. Current sky conditions are partly cloudy west, partly cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 88%, and the dew point is near 16 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 61%, and the dew point is near 21 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 16 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 4 degrees west. Winds are from the west at 16 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 12 degrees central.
