Winds remain breezy across the eastern Dakotas and Minnesota, with eastern Montana and western North Dakota becoming breezy this afternoon. Daytime highs today are expected to be from the lower 50s east to upper 60s west. Temperatures will trend cooler through the end of the week, with highs broadly in the 40s and 50s by Sunday.
