Across North Carolina...temperatures are near 68 degrees west, near 69 degrees central, and near 61 degrees east. Current sky conditions are sunny west, partly sunny central, and sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 30%, and the dew point is near 36 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 33%, and the dew point is near 39 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 49%, and the dew point is near 42 degrees. Winds are from the south at 13 mph with gusts at 25 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southwest at 15 mph with gusts at 26 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southeast at 7 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 73 degrees at Morganton. The lowest temperature is 58 degrees at Manteo.
