Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Missouri
Based on observations at 300am CDT, Friday March 29, 2024

Across Missouri...temperatures are near 49 degrees north, near 42 degrees central, and near 51 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy north, partly cloudy central, and clear south. In the north, relative humidity is near 52%, and the dew point is near 32 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 70%, and the dew point is near 33 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 52%, and the dew point is near 34 degrees. Winds are from the southwest at 8 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the south at 6 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 53 degrees at Lee's Summit and Joplin. The lowest temperature is 42 degrees at Spirit of St. Louis and Jefferson City.

Hazardous Weather Outlook For PHELPS County,MO

732 PM CDT Thu Mar 28 2024

 DAY ONE  Tonight.

  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Friday through Wednesday.

Gusty southwest winds of 40 to 50 mph will occur on Friday near 
and west of the I-49 corridor. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will occur 
across the remainder of the Missouri Ozarks.

Elevated fire weather conditions will occur Friday afternoon
across all of the Missouri Ozarks and southeast Kansas.

There is a 20% to 40% chance for thunderstorms across primarily 
central Missouri from late Friday night into Saturday. Lightning 
will be the primary hazard.

Thunderstorms, possibly strong to severe, will be possible Sunday
and especially on Monday. Locally heavy rainfall is also 
possible.
