Current sky conditions are mostly sunny north, sunny central, and mostly sunny south. In the north, relative humidity is near 73%, and the dew point is near 34 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 63%, and the dew point is near 35 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 39 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 3 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the north at 5 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 15 mph with gusts at 24 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 50 degrees at West Plains. The lowest temperature is 42 degrees at Kirksville.

Weather hazards expectedElevated fire weather risk. DISCUSSION Northerly winds and low humidity will create elevated fire conditions this afternoon in areas with remaining dormant vegetation. DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN Saturday through Thursday. Patchy frost will be possible Sunday morning across central Missouri. Frost could be more widespread Monday morning if winds are light enough however confidence remains low at this time.
