Across Indiana...temperatures are near 29 degrees north, near 36 degrees central, and near 36 degrees south. Current sky conditions are cloudy north, light rain central, and cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 26 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 33 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 33 degrees. There is patchy fog south. Winds are from the northwest at 13 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 19 degrees north. Winds are from the west at 17 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. The wind chill is near 26 degrees central. Winds are from the west at 14 mph with gusts at 22 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 27 degrees south. The livestock cold stress index is in the no stress category north, no stress category central, and no stress category south.  DAY ONE  Today and Tonight

Runoff from recent snowmelt and rainfall today may lead to some minor
flooding of rivers and streams later this week. Isolated ice jam
flooding is also possible this week.

Light snow accumulations of generally less than an inch are expected
across southwest Lower Michigan extending into portions north 
central Indiana. Most of the snow accumulation is expected through 
early afternoon. The combination of snow and temperatures dropping 
below freezing this afternoon into this evening may result in some 
slick roadways.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Wednesday through Monday

Runoff from recent rain and snowmelt may result in a few instances of
minor flooding of creeks and streams this week.

Strong winds ushered bitterly cold air into the north central U.S., and
produced snow squalls in the Great Lakes Region. Snowfall totals in
northwest Lower Michigan ranged up to 17 inches in Leelanau County. Wind

wind gust to 92 mph was recorded at Boulder CO before the anenometer blew
