Cirrus clouds moved across western Illinois this evening, as a
band of rainfall slid through eastern Missouri. Temperatures late
evening were beginning to fall into the 60s.

The dry and seasonable weather pattern will continue through the
remainder of this week and into the weekend. As High pressure
slides toward the East Coast this weekend, temperatures will climb
back into the upper 80s to near 90 by Sunday.

Lows tonight will drop into the mid 50s to mid 60s. Highs Thursday
will peak in the upper 70s across northeast Indiana, increasing
southwest to the mid 80s in Missouri.

Across Illinois...temperatures are near 55 degrees north, near 57 degrees central, and near 59 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly sunny north, partly sunny central, and not available south. In the north, relative humidity is near 32%, and the dew point is near 26 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 37%, and the dew point is near 31 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 36%, and the dew point is near 32 degrees. Winds are from the west at 25 mph with gusts at 35 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the northwest at 10 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are variable at 6 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to not available. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 290/ degrees at Northerly Island. The lowest temperature is 53 degrees at Rantoul, De Kalb, and Bloomington.
