Across Georgia...temperatures are near 36 degrees north, near 41 degrees central, and near 43 degrees south. Current sky conditions are cloudy north, mostly sunny central, and mostly sunny south. In the north, relative humidity is near 34%, and the dew point is near 10 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 43%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 41%, and the dew point is near 21 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 9 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The wind chill is near 29 degrees north. Winds are from the west at 8 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are variable at 7 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Strong winds ushered bitterly cold air into the north central U.S., and
produced snow squalls in the Great Lakes Region. Snowfall totals in
northwest Lower Michigan ranged up to 17 inches in Leelanau County. Wind
