Across Georgia...temperatures are near 62 degrees north, near 53 degrees central, and near 61 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy north, fair central, and fair south. In the north, relative humidity is near 64%, and the dew point is near 50 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 100%, and the dew point is near 53 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 87%, and the dew point is near 57 degrees. There is patchy fog south. Winds are calm north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 68 degrees at Saint Simons. The lowest temperature is 53 degrees at Macon.

around Huntsville AL, and highlighted a backward spring in the South that

An unusually strong occluded front swept out of the Gulf of Alaska and
produced the first April thunderstorm of record at Fairbanks. Pea size hail
fell northeast of Fairbanks from thunderstorms whose tops were less than

Severe thunderstorms associated with an intense cyclone spawned a total of
forty-seven tornadoes in two days from Louisiana to Upper Michigan. The
