Across Georgia...temperatures are near 66 degrees north, near 67 degrees central, and near 69 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy north, mostly cloudy central, and cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 90%, and the dew point is near 63 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 93%, and the dew point is near 65 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 84%, and the dew point is near 64 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 6 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 74 degrees at Augusta (Daniels). The lowest temperature is 55 degrees at Dalton.

 DAY ONE  This Afternoon and Tonight  

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. 

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible north of a line 
extending from Columbus to Macon today. Gusty winds and locally 
heavy rainfall are possible in any storms that form. A few strong 
to severe storms are possible across portions of northwest 
Georgia, with the primary hazards being large hail and damaging 
wind gusts.


 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Thursday through Tuesday  

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Friday through 
Sunday. A few storms may be strong to severe on Friday, with the 
primary hazards being large hail and damaging wind gusts.
