Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Florida
Based on observations at 700pm EDT, Thursday April 25, 2024

Across Florida...temperatures are near 81 degrees north, near 79 degrees central, and near 80 degrees south. Current sky conditions are partly sunny north, mostly sunny central, and partly cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 54%, and the dew point is near 63 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 45%, and the dew point is near 56 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 59 degrees. Winds are from the south at 8 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the east at 15 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the east at 10 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 84 degrees at Marianna and Marathon. The lowest temperature is MOSUNNY degrees at Lakeland.

   High Risk For Rip Currents: East Coast  

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters, 
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of 
Mexico.

 DAY ONE  This afternoon and tonight.

Rip currents: There is a high risk of rip currents for the Atlantic
beaches today.

Fire Weather: Minimum relative humidity values may decrease below 
40% over portions of Interior and SW Florida this afternoon. This 
combined with dry fuels may result in volatile fire weather 
conditions this afternoon.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Friday through Wednesday.

The rip current risk will remain elevated across the Atlantic Coast
beaches through the rest of the week and into the upcoming weekend.
Additionally, high surf may develop along the Palm Beach coastline
this weekend.

Hazardous marine conditions may return across the Atlantic and Gulf
waters for the end of the week and into the upcoming weekend as
easterly 
winds increase.
