North- northwesterly surface winds will become sustained at 5-10 knots overnight at the regional terminals. Surface winds will then shift to north-northeasterly shortly after sunrise, with speeds increasing to 10-15 knots and gusty by 15Z. Winds will shift to easterly during the afternoon hours, with speeds diminishing to around 10 knots by 20Z.
