Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Colorado
Based on observations at 300pm MDT, Tuesday April 23, 2024

Across Colorado...temperatures are near 84 degrees west, near 58 degrees central, and near 73 degrees east. Current sky conditions are fair west, partly sunny central, and fair east. In the west, relative humidity is near 11%, and the dew point is near 24 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 39%, and the dew point is near 33 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 20%, and the dew point is near 30 degrees. Winds are from the west at 9 mph with gusts at 22 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the east at 6 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the east at 14 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 84 degrees at GRAND JUNCTION. The lowest temperature is 41 degrees at WILKERSON PASS.

 DAY ONE  THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT  

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY  

Thursday, a multi-hazard system could impact the area. The most
likely threat would be severe weather with a chance for severe 
storms across most of the area. All severe hazards would be
possible, but large hail would be the main threat. The other 
possible hazards with the system include critical fire weather, 
blowing dust, and high winds, though confidence is low in these 
hazards at this time.
