Across Arkansas...temperatures are near 70 degrees north, near 77 degrees central, and near 74 degrees south. Current sky conditions are cloudy north, light rain central, and thunderstorms south. In the north, relative humidity is near 78%, and the dew point is near 63 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 71%, and the dew point is near 67 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 81%, and the dew point is near 68 degrees. Winds are from the southwest at 15 mph with gusts at 24 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southwest at 12 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to light rain. Winds are from the south at 7 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to thunderstorms. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 82 degrees at Monticello. The lowest temperature is 57 degrees at .

Hazardous Weather Outlook For DALLAS County,AR

 DAY ONE  Today and Tonight

Some thunderstorms will be possible for today into this evening. 
An isolated strong to severe thunderstorm could be seen  with all
hazards possible with the strongest storms. The best chances for
seeing any severe weather will be across the northern half to
two-thirds of the area.

Some breezy southerly winds will be seen for today  with winds 
of 15 to 25 mph expected. Gusts may be 30 to over 40 mph at 
times. 

The threat for hazardous weather looks to become low by tonight.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Wednesday through Monday

The threat for hazardous weather looks to remain low on Wednesday.
However  thunderstorms are forecast later this week as a cold 
front dives south through the state. This will bring unsettled 
weather Thursday through the weekend.

Spotter activation will may be needed this afternoon across
northern Arkansas.
