from normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 41 degrees in the West to 41
degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from +0 degrees from
normal in the West to +3 degrees from normal in the East.
Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 4.32 inches statewide which was + 0.78 inches from
normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 4.67 inches, Central 4.44 inches, Bluegrass
