Low temperatures averaged from 32 degrees in the West to 36 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from -5 degrees from normal in the West to +4 degrees from normal in the East.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 0.45 inches statewide which was + 0.06 inches from normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 0.38 inches, Central 0.41 inches, Bluegrass 0.49 inches and East 0.51 inches, which was -0.05, + 0.00, + 0.13 and + 0.14 inches respectively from normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 0.18 inches at Louisville to a high of 0.75 inches at Covington.
